I visited your Frankston Store today to buy some jewellery.

There was one costumer in the store but 3 staff

I was kept waiting . A staff member finally arrived and said that I cauldron not be seen in the store that’s why I was kept waiting and then preceded to say that she had a lot of other thing to do rather than serve a customer I told her to wait with the excuses and left the shop . I know the shop was empty at the time so I am sorry customer service is not important to your store

My husband and I bought out wedding bands form another jeweler but decided to take them to Hoskings in Frankston to get my husbands re-sized half a size bigger before our wedding day.
It was a sterling silver ring with three medium sized diamonds in it.
It went in and got re-sized but only came back with 2 diamonds and a fake CZ diamond.
At first we didn't realize till we noticed the quality difference and the cutting marks around the hole the CZ was in. When we took it back to the Frankston store and Hoskings tested the diamonds they said and confirmed 2 were diamond and 1 was a CZ. I was so surprised that a best selling jewelry store i've been going to for years and years to have had this really deceiving experience with them. After a bit of arguing and me telling them repetitively why would i have a ring with only two diamonds and CZ stone for a wedding band, they decided to take it back and replace the diamond but when they did they replaced it with a diamond half a size bigger, cutting into the ring even more and it never looked the same again. After a year and a half of the diamond cutting into my husbands finger from the inside due to it being too big, the diamond finally popped out and was lost. I'm now trying to fight again with them to at least get it fixed to a reasonable wearable condition or to get the worth paid out to us so we can buy another one. Head office already denies it would of ever happened but i will never again get another re-sized from Hoskings in general and i will steer clear of the Frankston store.
