Called in sweetheart plumbing solutions to re-roof our old house. came back with a great price. Got the job completed within the time frame and we are really happy with the result.

Called Sweetheart Plumbing after a couple of no shows, from quote to job complete, I found them to arrive on time, explained what they were going to do and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with storm water and sewerage pipe blockages, called 3 different plumbing businesses and only Sweatheart's seemed interested in undertaking the job. They were prompt and knowledgeable in their advice and suggested fixes. Seem to spend ages on site and very reasonable price in the end. Highly recommend them and will use again.

Absolutely outstanding service! After our new build experienced a major blockage, we were in desperate need of a quick solution. I contacted James, and they were able to send a plumber to our house the same day. The plumber was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

He quickly identified the problem and worked diligently to unblock all the drains.

Called Sweetheart Plumbing Solutions due to hot water leak. Plumber arrived within two hours and quoted above $1000 for a burst pipe. I declined their overpriced quote and went with a second plumber who quoted me less than $700. Would not be calling them again.

Not recommended. Not focising on the real issue( Hot water system repair) rather asking $5000+ GST for upgrading the unit. Ended up with another plumbing company to fix it for $300+ GST. Very disappointing service.

Worst plumbers I have ever seen. I contacted them and booked plumber inbetween 3 and 5 pm. I didn't even got a call until 7 pm. When I tried to call them they blocked my number without saying the reason why they cannot come.



Stay away from this unprofessional plumbers.

Extremely terrible service. When I booked the job, I've been told the cost will be 400+ GST for unblocking a drain. Plumber came to the site in the morning to fix blocked drainage athe front yard. But after unblocking they charged me over $500 saying their call out assessment fee also is included. I was shocked to see the invoice. I had no way other than to pay their invoice as the job is already done.

Beware if you using this plumber ask them the quote through document other than verbal price.
