Big shout out to the team!!!

My S10 phone was completely broken, touchscreen wasn’t working and there were lots of dead pixels. I thought I needed a new phone.

Went in to TL IREPAIR store and the guy said come back in 20 mins to collect my brand new looking flawless phone.

So happy with the repairs and phone is running smoothly like it never been broken before!!!!

THE WORST PHONE REPAIR COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. First they broke the front camera in the phone which needed to be replaced, then that repair stopped the NFC sensor from working on the rear so had to go back again, and now the phone is broken due to water getting in when advised that the phone would be waterproof as per original factory conditions. Leo then hung up the phone to me mid conversation because he had a another customer. This company is not worth considering giving your money to, choose someone else.

Went way beyond just a repair business. Fast tracked the repair of my iPhone 7 Plus. Leo said normally 2x days to repair my iPhone, but would have it ready next day(replace battery, test and replace charging port bank) Repaired my wife's phone on the spot, which I was using at the time, which crapped itself when I walked in the shop. Also changed battery on iPad, that I also bought in same day. Asked for new case for iPad. Leo said would have to get in.(About a week) Tim called to say it had arrived. Picked up on way home from work. Got home, wrong case. Rang Tim next day, said would get back to me. Tim rang, because of 1st generation iPad supplier had none. Tim said would buy one online and mail direct to me. Communication and service with steroids
