We got our pest report done through this company prior to purchasing the property. When we settled and moved into the property, we noticed that there were tiny bugs everywhere. We got two different pest companies in to give us their opinions, and both stated that we had a serious bed bug infestation in the property. Both stated that based on the size and maturity of these bed bugs, they would have been here for at least 8-10 months prior to settlement. The exterminator that we eventually went with stated that the brown marks that were all over the walls and clearly evident in the photos of the property in the initial report were bed bug droppings. They could not believe that this wasn’t picked up on in the initial pest report.



Since going back through the photos, we are absolutely gobsmacked that a pest company would not have picked up on this at all. Especially considering the extent of the infestation. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company if you are looking at a pest inspection.

came to my property for inspection , the man didnt even inspect my property , looked at 2 spots showed he was uninterested arrogant and gave no feedback. big waste of time
