Fantastic Customer service!

Thank you so much to the Bullocks team for all their assistance in our sea freight. Craig and the team always go above and beyond to offer assistance. As my company has grown Craig has been a massive help in guiding me understand the process with import and customs for our shipments. I have always been given great customer service and communication for the entire team. However massive recommendation to Craig Ellie for breaking it all down in easy context for me to understand and Hayden for working his best to offer solutions for our deliveries.



I always highly recommend your services to my business friends and would always highly recommend them to anyone for any freight needs.

Horrible service

It’s problem creating company, need to be very careful. Even they promised about something in the email or messages, absolutely no guarantee for their words.



There are some other victims also listed their experience with Anthony, I am another one. I would guess this list will keep increasing all the time. So sad about this list of victims of Anthony.



We have had some financial dispute with their agent in China, I talked to Anthony about this matter, for one of our latest shipment, I didn’t not want get effected with my previous dispute, which is absolutely not related with this company nor shipment at all. Anthony promised that this shipment would not get affected, so confidently i can go ahead with placing booking for the shipment. After his promise we loaded the cargo, now their agent said to us to resolve the financial dispute first prior to ship cargo onboard. Anthony is saying we had 30 years relationship with our agent, we will not be able to involve in this matter after loading the cargo. It’s something like silly process, before he promise us, he should mention to us that he got 30 years of relationship and he will help them.



Besides this, in his email footer, he mentioned all of his contact details including mobile phone number, I collected his number from email footer and contacted him on his mobile, later in his recent email, he quoted one sentence, it’s not a professional practice to communicate in via SMS. Unfortunately, he doesn’t respond emails, neither phone calls, nor voicemails, so the left option is trying SMS, what else anybody can expect? Be professional to keep promise first, be professional to answer the emails, be professional to answer the phone, be professional to listen the voicemail and respond appropriately, then everything will be okay, if we get response in somewhat then no need the SMS, i did not choose SMS to communicate prior to email, phone call or voicemail. I wouldn’t need to learn from a person who got no value for his own words anyway.



The funniest thing is, my financial dispute absolutely nothing related to This company, but he want to support their agent in China by breaking promise with us, moreover these people were not in the picture of deal for that dispute at all in any angle. But 30 years friendship reminded him to help in any manner. LOL



I will have weekly one or more shipment from China, I will absolutely not working with them for sure. Neither I will recommend anyone in my rest of life. One of my friends heard all this story and already changed his forwarding agent.
