Hampton Road Learning Centre

Went in for an appointment- did not get what my referral asked for, then Larraine told me via email after, she does not do the tests that was asked. She then was offended that I was not happy (I was polite with no abuse) and acted like a child telling me my child isn't gifted(if my child isn't thats fine but no need to say it or in the context she did). She was also on her phone half of the appointment. For a professional she wasn't very professional.
