Avoid taking your vehicle to this place, they are the pits. Was rear ended at traffic lights, they wouldn’t fix tail lights cause they said it wasn’t accident related. Receipted new parts but they weren’t. Aggressive and abusive when challenged. Broke my door handle, broke my air con, did not paint parts of panel, left tape on panel, did not secure lining properly, lots of clips missing. Got car back with 20psi in tyres. The list goes on and on and they take responsibility for nothing they do.

took six months to repair my vehicle.

when I finally picked up my car it had transmission problems.

The manager Said it must have been there prior to accident.

He said it was up to me to prove it was accident related.

Cost me $3,000 to have tests and reports confirming it was accident related..

Suncorp finally called it a write off paid me but I lost the $3,000.

nearly put me in hospital with all the stress.

I have many pics of so called repairs some of wich I was charged for but didn't recieve.

I wouldn't go anywhere near them again.

DO NOT LET YOURSELV BE COERCED IN TO TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR. THEIR REPUTATION PRECEDES WITH A LITTLE ASKING AROUND TOWN.

AWAIRTED OVER 2 MONTH FOR A REPAIR. HAD NUMERIOUS MEANINGLESS AUTOMATED SMS'S TELLING ME THE REPIAR HAD PROGRESSED. WHEN STAFF PRESS FOR FOR A VALID REASON WHY THE EXCESSIVE DELY-STAFF SHORTAGES WAS FELT TO BE A REASONABLE ANSWER. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR WITH AN OBVIOUS ATTITUDE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS PAYING SO DONT COMPLAIN!
