A. Marshall Towing

Used these guys today, don’t get me wrong he responded quick and gave a fair price. But he is completely incompetent at what he does, I’ve called him and asked for a tow truck to get my car, letting him than know that my car is lowered in the rear, he reassured me that would be a problem bc he had extra ramps for lowered cars. Well, those “extra” ramps did nothing as he ended up using small ramps and blocks of wood, resulting in my rear bar being torn off and snapping the bracket. When confronted about it he blamed me for having a low car and said “you have no clue, as you’ve never seen it go on a 45 degree angle”. No my car has been towed as is on a tilt tray with no problems, so not sure what Allan Marshall’s problem was with this. So overall, he responded extremely poorly for a problem he caused. Saying that if you don’t care about your car his price is fair and responds quick. If you want someone to take care of your car like their own I would not recommend this guy.

Just amazing service run by honest reliable people. Wouldn’t go through anyone else
