I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services I received from SmartLift Removals/Transport during my recent move. I hired your company with the expectation of a smooth and efficient move, but the experience I had was far from what I was promised or deserved.



Firstly, I was told that the delivery of my furniture would take between 3-5 days, which is one of the primary reasons I chose your company. However, I was left utterly disappointed when it took an entire week for my belongings to be delivered to my new address. This delay not only inconvenienced me but also caused considerable stress and additional expense because I did not have any of my furniture, including my bed.



Furthermore, one of the key selling points that led me to choose Smart Lift Transport was the assurance that your team would disassemble and reassemble my furniture at the destination. To my dismay, this commitment was not fulfilled. Upon delivery, I was left to reassemble my furniture myself, which was not only an inconvenience but also a potential risk as it required specialized skills that your team should have provided.



Another issue I encountered was the unresponsiveness of your company when I tried to contact you for updates on the status of my move. I had to reach out multiple times to inquire about the delivery schedule, and your team failed to provide timely and accurate information. It was only one hour before the actual delivery that I received a call confirming the impending arrival. This lack of communication is unprofessional.



To say that I am disappointed with my experience with Smart Lift Transport would be an understatement. I trusted your company with my move, and the level of service I received was far below my expectations. I believe that customers should be able to rely on the services they pay for, and in this case, I feel that trust was severely breached.



I regret not opting for a different company, and I hope others will think twice before booking with you unless you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar frustrations in the future.

This company told me they had insurance; not only have they damaged my property but also damaged walls and floors. Website looks legit but very unprofessional to not respond to my calls. Obviously no insurance. Be aware
