Just getting over the flu and having a bit of trouble breathing properly, the reception staff got me in with Joanne Lewis. Wow! I am way beyond impressed by this lovely nurse practitioner. I was listened to, acknowledged, reassured and my concerns addressed kindly and professionally. I do think she could see right through me though as when I got up to leave she told me not to go home and clean that cupboard out, but to read a book and rest....how did she know? Thank you Joanne, I listened.

Rudest reception I've ever experienced on more than one occasion.



Don't be mislead by all those google reviews, dozens of reviewers have never made a review on anything before giving this business 4 and 5 star reviews

without even a reason why, you'd think if people who have never written a review before would at least give a reason why they gave the business 4 or 5

stars.



The place is poorly managed, you can be kept waiting almost an hour beyond your appointed time, perhaps because they overbook, or slot in emergencies.



Call waiting times in excess of 10 minutes.



They send you bills you for appointments that you didn't make, have no idea of, and is just another example of their poor standard of reception and

admin staff.
