B & I Panel & Paint

Not even worth the star rating. The vehicle "repaired" was not even resprayed the correct color, Panels were damaged upon return. Now in the hands of an independent assessor to identify all faults as a result of using Gemini. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I've been reading all of the bad reviews to B&I and I don't agree. People need to be more understanding and think about just how many cars were badly damaged in the hail storm last November, and as well as normal accident repairs I believe B&I just took on too much work at the time and were overwhelmed. My personal experience with them was great, they always updated me on my car and let me know when it would take longer than it should, which was fine by me as I would rather them take their time on my car and make it perfect rather than making it a rush job. I did have a few issues with my car with small parts they missed but they were very helpful and fixed problems straight away.

Never use this company, or the company (Gemini) that bought out the business in June 2015. Worst customer service and appalling delays.

Never ever use B&I panel and paint for car insurance work.

Car would be ready thursday afternoon they said. Not ready. Call lunch time friday. " Not ready because the cold weather is making the paint drying time go longer. Maybe friday late but if not monday morning."
Monday morning. "not happy with the paint job so we put it through again" "hopefully ready 4:30"
I asked tongue in cheek Today is as cold as Friday will it dry. "Dont worry about the cold as we bake it." So not only did you not have the work done one day latter than promised you did a crap job and had to do it again.
I dont have my car 4 days after it was meant to be ready and not an apology not a here's a courtesy car for your trouble. Just a we will call you when it is ready.

B&I Panel & Paint are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They 'repaired' my car from the hail damage caused in November 2014. I dropped my car off in January 2015 and was advised it would be ready in 3 weeks - it took 6 and a half weeks to repair. I had to contact B&I for updates and every person I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I was finally able to pick up my car, they were not interested in staying open for 5 minutes (the taxi was running late and there was traffic being a friday afternoon). When I picked up my car, there were mud foot prints on the floor of the car, the job was very poorly done and all the settings (radio, time) in my car had been changed. I wish I could give a negative star rating for the very poor service that I received. I felt like a chore, not a customer to B&I Panel and Paint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

No even worthy of a star! Worst repair job I have ever seen. My car took 3 weeks to complete and looks worse than it did on entry. I had mud all over my floor and drivers seat, dints in the roof and pin paint spots. I went back to collect three times and each time it hadn't been done properly. I've now gone through my insurance and they have said it is a very poor job. So off to a different place to fix b and I mistakes. Very upsetting!

The boys at B&I did an AMAZING job with my 2013 Barina after a recent incident. Their workmanship was top notch and the car was returned to me in as good as new, or better, condition.

The customer service was 5 star, with the office staff staying back after closing on a Friday afternoon so that I could collect my car after my taxi didn't show up.

Their communication was at all times up front and honest, and deadlines were met.

Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommended. :)

After a recent accident, I took my pride and joy to B & I Panel & Paint for repairs. I found them to be very professional and efficient in their work, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable,always keeping me informed of what was happening with the repairs, I am so happy with my car and would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a panel beater/spray painter. Congratulations, keep up the good work :)
