Did not get my flowers delivered. Phone rings out and is not answered. Email address supplied on the web site is not valid!

Although same day delivery was advertised, the flowers were delivered a day late. Customer service was terrible I couldn't get a hold of the business until the afternoon of the following day. I had given the incorrect surname, was called as the florist was in the hospital trying to deliver and I told her the correct surname then I find out only from my friend that they hadn't arrived and I received no notification of this whatsoever. I emailed my feedback to the business and got a reply that was cut off mid sentence and they didn't even bother to resend the full reply once I had advised them of their error. So unprofessional and I would never use them again.

Ordered valentines day flowers online. Credit card payment went through ok. I didn't get an immediate receipt email, but thought nothing of it until the day came.

After getting nervous I tried ringing all numbers that were listed on their website. Each number was disconnected, so I emailed them but haven't had a reply. I went to the address listed but only found an empty shop.

The flowers ended up arriving at 4pm.
