I have spoken to the owner of this business as I was interested in purchasing the 'Downpipe first flush filter' - you would think he would be interested in selling his product? But he has provided the worst customer service that anyone could experience. I have sent over a dozen emails and made just as many calls. Each time I rang he would answer and say "I'm just in a meeting can you send me an email with your address details." Do you think I am exaggerating? have a look below:
25 July 2014 Contacted: Interested in product asked for purchasing details
28 July 2014 Response: Advised $185.00 + Delivery + GST only can buy direct
18 August 2014 Contacted: Informed I would like to purchase and asked how to pay
29 August 2014 Contacted: Referred to previous email, advised I would like to purchase
1 September 2014 Contacted: Provided my address details and asked to send an invoice
16 September 2014 Contacted: Confirmed I wanted to purchase and to get back to me
14 October 2014 Contacted: Asked where I could buy one from instore
23 October 2014 Contacted: Trying to contact you many time now asked to send one.
27 October 2014 Contacted: Provided my address details again.
28 October 2014 Contacted: Asked if has been sent
30 October 2014 Contacted: Asked if sent no one answers phone
3 November 2014 Contacted: Advised I bought downpipe just waiting for his product
3 November 2014 Response: Contact plumbing wholesaler to purchase

Don't bother putting an order in with any plumbing supplier you will be waiting as long as I am and still not get your product. If you don't believe me... well good luck!
