I've dealt with this business on a multitude of occasions and their service has always been great.

One star is too much for the incredibly poor customer service. They did 5 bathrooms for us . One of them was very poorly done . Needed constantly to be adjusted, the glass was cut so tight . On top of that we find a leakage. I was about to rip the whole bathroom, luckily my tailor started from the area where the linkage was and we found that unbelievably it was leaking from the lower screw that hold the shower screen- it was not waterproofed. I send Palmer Glass photos as a proof and while i needed to send them the bill for repair i just ask them to come to put the screen back for free . They said they don't believe they are responsible despite on the photos clearly was visible . They initially send me a quote for $275 , but after I agreed they rejected. Than i begged them at least to come to see why the door desn't close properly - this is warranty work, but they rejected this as well. I will go to court now and claim all my expenses including new shower screen .

I had to renovate my house in Cherrybrook before putting it on the market in 2015. I could not afford full bathroom renovations, but absolutely had to install new shower screens. Palmers installed a fully framed screen for the large laundry/swimming pool shower, two semi-frameless screens in the two main bathrooms and a frameless in the very small ensuite. They were all fantastic! The doors opened and closed perfectly, with no leaks (I am staying in a place at the moment which has a newish shower screen that leaks!) and they looked great. The work was done efficiently in a single day by a friendly and polite tradesperson and the price was competitive. Highly recommended.
