After posting a review based on our personal experience the owner responded with an email chain which stipulated my personal details on their website for ANYONE to see. I was so mortified by this I had to take it down because they wouldn’t. The only reason I’m posting my review on this third party website is because I know that my personal information will not be breached. I’m so confused how a business operates like this, where’s the accountability? . The owner should be liable. They reset their google page which was originally on 2.9 stars, so I wonder how many other people experienced this. So mortified by this experience!!

We are returning loyal customers to Beanfeet Tullamarine of our now 1 year old groodle, Sera'Tonin.
Beanfeets system data base will demonstrate our return visits commencing from 21/09/2022 to present date.
We have never in the past expressed "concern of the amount charged" of our 24kg Groodle, as the final product of past grooms were up to the standard it should be. We understand the recent price increase, given the rise of cost of living and have never complained of the pricing as the results in past were good.
We had never had issues with our past six grooms.
Our review today is regarding is the overall end result of our dogs groom this evening.
Nothing more, nothing less. Our review is only regarding the nature of the final product of groom.
Her upper thigh, tummy, underarm, left and right limbs were shaved completely to the skin.
Beanfeet Tullamarine state how she has left the Salon this evening as "Standard and only procedure for every single dog receiving a groom".
Since her first ever groom on the 21st September 2022, to our previous visit, she had never left the salon with skin shaves and botched uneven cuts.
So, if that is the case, we as customers are quite confused why their standard practise was not applied in her past six grooms.
The management team responded promptly to an email we had sent this evening which we initially appreciated, however once they stated that if we had a budget to begin with, they would have "simply recommended not owning a dog who needs grooming regularly as Groodles do"
We found our jaws had droppped, as the remark was frankly rude and facetious.
Although I had seen mixed Google reviews about Beanfeet Tullamarine, I am a firm believer at making judgement only by our own experiences. I continued to bring our fur baby to their business as they promoted that they "work hard to make sure all of their customers and the dogs have a first-class customer experience every visit".
After coming home today and seeing the extent of our babies injuries subsequent to her skin shaven groom, my opinion is to take this and the multiple 1 star reviews of similar nature into account, prior to booking a Groom with Beanfeet Tullamarine.
I am confident the proprietor will respond to this review stating this is a standard shaving practise and how they have enjoyed grooming our dog, as the workers have always remarked how fun loving and adorable our fur baby is, and that their groomers do their best to accommodate when utilising their tools on these pure, innocent family pets.
However accountability should be taken here - Whether or not we have been returning loyal customers, the final result of her groom today was not good.
For $183.28, if shaved to the skin is in Beanfeet Tullamarines own words, "Standard and only procedure for every single dog receiving a groom" I would finalise my review by considering comparing prices to alternative dog grooming businesses who do not leave your family pet skin shaved on areas other than their private areas.
A $25.00 voucher does not provide adequate compensation.
We are reporting Beanfeet Tullamarine on the province of the above as their lack of consumer affair responsibility was very disheartening, after todays visit, and they will not provide us with a refund.
We are looking forward to the managers phone call tomorrow morning, per the advisement of their staff this afternoon.
This review was based on our personal experience this afternoon and the subsequent botched, uneven cut.
Really disappointed, Beanfeet Tullamarine.

Poor service. Unfriendly staff. Always late. Cannot deliver on what they say. Look for another groomer.
