I have been at this hairdresser for over a year and have brought extra clients over the years as well because I thought the hairdresser was a very talented and reasonable person who was good at hair and good at knowing what will work with someone's style and look. However, I cancelled once on an appointment for professional reasons and as I tried to explain and rebook she told me I could never rebook after cancelling and that I needed to be punished for cancelling otherwise I would just do it again, almost like trying to punish a five year old. I was very offensded that after over a year of loyalty she told me thaf I couldn't rebook and that I would be put on a waiting list for months to get an appointment. She gave me zero leniency when I needed it and even though she had previously changed appointment times with me she proceeded to tell me that I wasn't honouring the appointment like she was. Her excuse was that this is her income and that is her policy, one id never heard of and when I told her my reason was to do with my income she wasn't interested. So go to this hairdresser if you want nice looking hair but be warned if you cross this woman and cancel even just once you may never be allowed back in no matter how loyal and how many people you brought to her.
