We had a backload which I thought would be a good way to go, but unfortunately they couldn't fit all our belongings on the truck and left what couldn't fit, behind. We had to phone our son-in-law to help us out by picking up the 'left' items in his Ute which took two loads and 45 minutes each way. He also has his own business to run, so this was money out of HIS POCKET to do us this favour. We now have to organise for our things to be brought peace-meal which will take about another 2 months to receive and have caused a lot of angst for a lot of people. We were told that there would be a trailer for all our pot plants which didn't happen and when we did unload at Glen Innes, there were items broken.
I would not use this company again under any circumstances. Very difficult to receive information from them and also difficult to contact.......not good enough!!

I used Phil Flloyd Removals and Storage on the recommendation of another customer to move a digital pipe organ and speakers around 1 month ago. It was only a small part-load, so it wasn't really a priority for them, which is exactly how I was treated.
On the day the organ was delivered, the drivers did not check the van for the speakers (despite me having asked them twice), which I later found out were actually packed on the van.
I was promised in the meantime that the speakers would be posted to me. Chasing up three weeks later regarding the whereabouts of my speakers, I was informed by text from Sal (Sally) that the postage cost was "exorbitant" (on checking, it would have actually cost under $20 regular post or $30 for Express Post) and she would be in touch by Wednesday the next week to advise the delivery date.
Not having heard by the following Thursday, I texted to find out what was happening and sent an additional text that Friday, as I still had not had the courtesy of a reply. Still no reply, I texted the following Monday. I finally received a text yesterday (with rather dubious excuses about a death causing further delays) and advising that the speakers would be delivered around 5pm which later changed to 8 - 9pm. At 10:30pm I texted as the speakers still had not arrived. I messaged again this morning with no reply and rang to find out what had happened, only to receive a rather curt reply that I should check my doorstep because they were dropped off at 1am.
If you want experience good customer service, then don't use Phil Flloyd's. Frankly, I wouldn't trust them to deliver a phone message. Pay the extra money and get treated properly and, whatever you do, don't pay them until everything has been delivered!
