Locksmith on Wheels

They charged me $560 for what was a 3-minute job. Total rip off!

I'm appalled by the huge cost. Unfortunately my tenant hired them and paid the $1600 plus bill which I now have to reimburse. The job should have cost perhaps $400. DISGUSTING. Please to not use this business.

Waited over an hour for the technician and was asked to pay the call out fee in advance. The tech then cancelled the job and I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund. The admin team have now stopped responding. Do not use this company

Here for 5 minutes. Didn't fix the problem. $155. When I tried to follow up he ghosted me and won't return my calls or messages. Absolute cowboys.

they say 1 price then another fee on top then a other fee on top then gst on top the service fee on top. From a call out fee of 35 to 495 dollars for a 10 min job. the worst locksmith I have ever encountered. I have had to call a locksmith at 12am (midnight) try to open a hard lock, ending up having to break the lock, change the lock, give me keys for less than 400 dollars. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. If you are lucky enough to be reading this before calling STOP!! call some else.

Do not use you will regret it. They give a price and then go back on it and charge you more and do not leave until you pay it. No service follow up after.

This guy is not a locksmith but a cowboy. Watched some you tube videos and bought some tools from china. Breaks locks not open them, charges ten times the going rate. Is aggressive and should not be allowed to trade as a locksmith.

Yesterday, I was able to lock myself out of my flat. He called a locksmith. exceptional and gracious client service. I heartily recommend a locksmith to anyone who needs one for these individuals!

worst costumer service, liars and so rude. the man who did my car had a really bad attitude and horrible work ethics. would not recommend, if anything i’ll be letting everyone know to never try locksmith.
