DJ Air responded a few hours after my initial email, I was impressed with the friendliness and thorough communication from Nicole in reception, I knew exactly how much I was being charged, when the technician would arrive and updated on any changes, Grant the technician was professional, skilled, courteous and helpful with my questions, I would definitely use this business again.

I had been dealing air conditioner from my old house to new one. But none of those tradesmen are honest enough in regard of pricing or finding fault. D.J. DuRieu is very different from the others. They provide tax invoice and they always come on time. They also show us how they find the fault on the spot and replace the parts within a week. They are definitely be my only one choice for future.

We really needed somebody to come quickly and quote the costs before hand. This company did that. When they were running late, they called. They set times that suit our family so we didn't need to take time off work. The repairs were done on budget , on time and without fuss. They were so good I recommended them to my elderly mother. She was very impressed after having three 'no-shows' in the past from other repairers and even one who couldn't repair her air conditioner. Highly reccomend this company. Vicki

My Wife & I were extremely happy with the service provided by DJ DuRieu and will definitely use them again in the future. We kept throwing a few extra things in that we required to be done when there were on site and they happily did what was requested without any issues. On time, professional service!

This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable! We booked a time for them to come out and fix our fridge and they did a total no show and didn't bother calling us to tell us they were not coming, we called them later that night and they said didn't have time to come (a phone call to say this would have be appreciated) we rebooked our appointment for 5 days later. Once again they didn't show up and didn't have the courtesy to take 30 seconds of their time to call and tell us. So they wasted out time on 2 occasions and since not coming the second time they still haven't called. We called a different company and they came the next day on time and fixed our fridge in 25 minutes. If you actually want someone to show up I highly recommend you don't use this company!!!
