KFC

They don't deserve any stars. Managers are rude. Snickers & make snyde remarks at customers behind their backs. Out of 19 pieces of family feast pack for 6 adults. They was 9 wings & legs. When asked if i could get larger pieces or more legs then wings got told they set & if i wanted to take it further call manager tomorrow but good luck. I was happy to pay extra to get larger pieces but the rude manager didn't even give me the chance to ask just kept cutting me off. I said i would speak to manager she said you do that. I said i would, i said if i had to I'd contact area manager she said you have fun with that. Then her & register girl had a giggle n snicker at me as i was driving to the next window. Avoid this store go to Jesmond at least they give you good customer service. Glendale are feral. Oh n when area manager rang he was very abrupt & didn't even bother to apologize until i said to him at end of conversation that he hadn't even bothered to apologized. Considering i had said i was not calling to get a free feed or my money back. A simple appology was what i was wanting. He replied well i am sorry & i will speak with this staff member

We went there last night about 830
There was nothing cooked, the boy serving was leaning all over the cash register, after I ordered and waited 20 minutes, my order was giver to other people. They said it was wrong and was told it was the correct order. They only ordered 1 meal box but was given 2. When I told the girl that was my order she gave other people she just ignored me. I then had to wait anothe 10 mins for my order. It wasn't busy at all, there was only 5 customers including the people who got my order.
We also were given half a stale burger bun instead of a dinner roll
KFC Glendale is a joke and the staff are rude and incompetent
I will never go there again and I hope you get some mystery shoppers in there soon:(
