at first the lady told me my set of acrylics will be $50 and i thought awesome. then i told i want coffin french tips and all of the sudden she’s trying to charge $90 FOR FRENCH TIPS?! way overpriced and so not worth the money. daylight robbery

A friend recommended these and lots of positive reviews. Was wanting a change as my current salon was always keeping me waiting for an hour or more when I made an appointment. They did a good job so I hung on but I don't have that much free time

Walked in, asked for a colour from their gallery, told they were out and to pick another, asked for sns refills, tried to talk me into acrylics which I had years ago, I said no and was told my nails were thin (I know), with the last salon they lasted 3-3.5weeks sns. Girls were friendly, but refused refills, wanted to start fresh, I agreed as I wanted to see how they compared with no excuses, looked nice, 2 days later one lifted, my friend called and booked an appointment, when got there told it would be another half hour, they were very busy!! we said wed booked and we had to be somewhere else , a girl asked if I wanted it fixed or glued (what? Fixed of course, who glues sns that are lifting) was told it lifted as my nails are weak so they would lift, I said 3 times I've been having them done before and since covid and they always last week's, not 2 days, and having done elsewhere before covid too, felt very uncomfortable. the next day, 3 more lifted. Wasn't going back to wait again to wait and have a bad job.

Sorry guys but it would have been passable if you'd been polite and fixed them.

I don't need to feel anxious having something nice done and I suggest you respect people who make appointments, my friend is also not going back she was so upset so you've lost two customers.

As a customer of more than two years, I had a below par customer experience Tuesday 22nd December, when attending a booked session for pedicure, shellac toe-nails and SNS nails.

Too many unprofessional moments to describe but the pinnacle was when the technician left me half way through my SNS nails to attend to a customer she obviously knew. She had not greeted me when she started, barely spoke and generally answered the business phone, directed new customers and other staff while "doing" my nails.

When she abandoned me for the other customer, there was a vague comment about "she" will come and finish. Before "she" came to finish, the wait was so long that a male technician directed me to wash my nails, then someone else shouted out that they were not ready to be washed. They finally found "she" who was friendly and finished the session, but the damage was done by then.

Sorry, I'll pay more to have more personal service in future.

I got my eyelash extensions done here, not only did they look amazing but they lasted 4 WEEKS!! before I had to get a refill!!! 100% recommend this business, the ladies are amazing!

I had gone back to get my nails done for a while now and this time as I was paying for my nail service I was called by the manager. I thought she was going to be polite and say hope you enjoyed service as I knew her but instead she wanted to talk about a review I wrote months earlier. We had already discussed this back then and I had returned many times to give their business a second chance but she was not happy with that and let her know a review is feedback so a business can improve. I was told If I don’t take the review down I can not come back and get my nails done which is terrible way of treating a valued customer and bad for business. I felt threatened and on my time to be spoken that way when always the customer is right and the manager should make their customers happy. This is loss of business and bad management to turn customers away and spoken to in such a nasty way for writing a review a bad service and now being spoken to unprofessional...

Previously went to get my nails here. I requested to get matte color nails done for a manicure and pedicure. The older lady that did my nails didn't speak English very well. Another girl who helped her do some of the basic prep work, this is usually done so the the customer isn't sitting too long, seemed to have understood English better. While painting I told the older lady it was the wrong color, and in Vietnamese I can here her saying I said the wrong color, which isn't possible since it was number. Feeling empathy for a non English speaking Vietnamese person (I'm Vietnamese), I didn't say anything. Then when she started buffing the top layer of the matte finish she was scratching the paint off. Again when I tried to ask the manager or the girl who spoke English to show her how to buff it correctly since she is new to it, I can hear her saying that I told her not to buff it at all (again not true). The manager told her not to hurt me by buffing too hard (basically all I was saying). The younger girl who had experience with matte nails came in to show her the proper way to do it and instead of being interested in how to do it correctly the older lady just walked off. When a young girl started a nice conversation with me she said matte is hardly requested there. When asked I told her I am Vietnamese and can speak it ( every one heard)... the whole salon can tell the lady was too stubborn to just say she didn't know how to do matte nails. Walked out of there while the older lady's head was down. Two days later the nails turned grey (it was originally painted blue) I wouldn't have paid of it knowing it was going to turn grey.

Stay far, far away from this salon. My spa pedicure resulted in bleeding and infected toes, and a really bad polish job, like it was done by a four year old. Not happy and definitely taking legal action!
