I have just found out that my one year old puppy was not vaccinated against Kennel cough unless we ask! As first time dog owners I assumed this would be discussed with us. I am so upset that we were not asked or at least mentioned.

When I rang to inquire about my turtle, I was impressed with not only the way the call was answered but my questions as well. A vet/clinic that truely cared about my pet, before money. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of consultation & treatment. Very happy. Great outcome. Thank you.
