We had asked for a quote 5 days ago, sending through photos of a leaking fridge as well as an air con model that we wanted re-gassed. Simon called the next day which was great prompt service, but wanted to drop in at short notice - which didn't suit us. He did manage to attend a few days later, asked us to turn our air con on full. He then refused to gas the unit. It still works - we know that...

The filters were also full of grease - we had sent him the model numbers of the air con in advance - no offer to clean or replace them.

With the fridge instead of attempting to fix he gave us some tips & tricks on how to fix ourselves - and then wanted $80 for the call out fee - which was even more insulting at he dropped in after 5pm on the way home from another job! We had asked him multiple times before attending to quote - there was no mention of the call out fee. We did pay the fee even though he was here for all of 15 minutes.
