Glenunga Medical Centre

Efficient and staff members are friendly and considerate.

This Practice is simply multi cultural, diverse and caters to everyone. They have Doctors, admin and nursing staff who speak different languages.

If it was possible, I would have given zero stars. The Medical centre has a ridiculas approach and below par customer service. I went to the Clinpath inside Glenunga Medical Centre for blood collection as advised by my GP. But the staff at Glenunga Medical Centre made us wait outside of the clinic! It's totally unacceptable, whatever the reason is. Fortunately I am rather young and with good health. What if someone elder and with fragile health was forced to wait outside under the sun? Is this how you treat patient (if they are not your patient)?

This is discrimination because Glenunga Medical Centre is allowing their patients to be inside where there is shade and Air Conditioning, but is forcing Clinpath clients to wait outside under the sun.
