Aussie Garage Doors & Automations

Replacing 2 existing single garage roller doors should have been easy but has turned into a nightmare. First the colour swatch sent by email by AGD is nothing like the colour supplied but can live with that. They scraped 1 door on the floor, which I witnessed, and the other has 2 dents which they said was from factory. The doors do not look of good quality, made in sections with very visible seams and flimsy. The doors do not lie in a straight plane, reflecting light in various directions, creating a cheap look and detracting from the home appearance, the opposite of what should happen. Ash came out next day and promised to replace both doors but nothing has happened since and that's 3 months ago, ignoring my emails so reported to Fair Trading just now, as well as requested refund via credit card company. We would have been better off just painting our existing doors so be aware when buying, you might not get the result you hoped for.

These people installed my garage door two years ago and when I called them about their dodgy work (garage door not installed properly, makeshift add-ons to hide the fact that they never dropped the rail low enough to the door etc etc) they simply hanged up on me and does not take any of my calls. In the interim I had to get another company out to fix their dodgy work and they said they have never seen such bad workmanship and backwards installation. I agree with Mark, stay far away from them! Shame on you Ash for not even having the decency to take my calls. Very disappointed.

I dont really write these reviews but this is one for the books. .. 100% top service I've never experienced better customer service before highly recommend and my roller door has never been better
