Repairer made no attempt to prevent broken glass from entering air vents (costing $238 + time & taxi fares to fix), made no attempt to prevent broken glass from going all over the interior, made no attempt to clean up the mess with access to power from AutoMasters and to top it off the Managing Director after seeing photos seems to think that not taking due care with someones property isn't covered by 'supply and fit terms.' Unless you're going to be a repeat Customer who can demand better service look elsewhere.
