I have bought printers and cartridges from Quality Printers & Cartridges for over 3 years now and feel that for any business that want to save money in the areas of consumables and staff costs (ie. wasting time with the printer problems) should know about my experience with QPC. Firstly, what I love about Quality Printers & Cartridges is the simplicity of the Automated Ordering System. It makes it a lot easier not to have to check the printer toner every time as the automated service automatically orders the cartridges for me and are delivered to my door the next day. What was generally happening prior to that was, we were running out of toner, and then we would have to order and wouldnt be able to print for a couple of days whilst we waited for the order to arrive - major production issue for us costing us time and money.
Secondly, I was previously getting toners from a company which were just the generic compatibles and I had major issues with them. Issues such as leaking ink, ink spots on my printouts and the quality of black was more of a grey. Lisa at QPC advised me to give their Premium Plus cartridges a trial and 3 years down the track, we still use them today as they are as good as the originals in my eyes and never had a problem.

Thirdly, the service is amazing! I never expected a printer and cartridge to openly offer the service they do. From the automated service (as mentioned previous) to my cartridges being hand delivered, to advice on what printer would suit my business to my printer being fixed within a day of calling.

I believe the culture of the company is absolutely superb and its a massive congratulations to Lisa and Jason of doing a great job of leading by example and always putting quality and service first!

Before using Quality Printer Cartridges, cartridges were sort from whoever was the cheapest and whoever could supply in the quickest time. Quality was not normally considered, as the belief was Its just a print cartridge. Our major concern was by buying from any number of suppliers, we were never sure of the product we were getting, and on the other side of the coin, if we by chance got a good quality product then we probably would be buying from someone different the next time (as it was always based on price). As a result of using Quality Printer Cartridges we found that, not only did we get a consistently good quality product, but also a fantastic level of support from Lisa, Jason, Bec and the team. I have since moved to a remote company and continue to use QPC as I have never found another company, to be able to supply the level of support and expertise that I get with the team. QPC in fact make my job a lot easier as I dont ever have to be concerned with my printing needs again.
