Very poor service

Abusive customer service when i had a complaint about a part.
I got acused of lieing over a cheap part that was faulty.They do not know alot about parts and give incorrect parts all the time . would not recommend buying parts from them.
Very dissapointed in the way they handled my complaint,Beeps are definitely not customer focused.
Swearing,abusive and did not want to exchange parts.
Do not buy from beeps

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing missing is a web site with their products on it plus some contact details.
