Greg Faull

As part of Living Bathrooms, Greg renovated our en-suite just over three years ago and we were impressed with the overall finish. However, 24 months later the floor tiles started cracking and have lifted. Since Feb' 2015 he has been contacted numerous times and has made promises to come back to assess the situation, but never turns up and is now screening his calls. I keep leaving messages but he doesn't have the decency to call me back. He may be a tradesman, but a good tradesman stands by their work and provides great customer service, which in this case has not been done. I recommend you look for other tilers in Ballarat before using Greg!
