We applied for a rural property loan which was to go through no problem but broker said one thing the secretary said another 1 was asking for this paperwork and then broker asking for same thing days later. Sooo much paperwork due to incompetence. Also charged a valuation that said was done by 1 party then not done by another party and not given the money back. Never use them.
