Ordered the 3 day plan as a trial. I was afraid I’d be hungry so ordered the 400g meals. Very filling! Next time 250g!

I am a community nurse travelling all day. It’s a bit hard to eat any of these meals on the road so I’ve bought some of the keto snacks to try.

It’s be great to see some meals that didn’t have to be heated to be eaten

I ordered a weeks' worth of 3 meals per day for a keto diet. The website claimed that each meal would be approximately 460 calories. My total calorie intake from the meals on day one was actually 713. My pork belly was served with a pigs nipple! I've just thrown out my lunch and will be doing so with the rest of the meals. I was virtually thrown $250 in the bin. I'm not a fussy eater but do expect to receive what was offerred and quality food.

I never take the time to write reviews, but i was compelled to this time. This is one of the only company's i love. Not only did one of the owners drop by with my first order to meet me, but the food is absolutely delicious and helps with my appetite issues. Thank you Alifeplus! Stacey xxxxxxxxxx
