Asked for price of blowdry on walk in.

Before wet my hair i ensured i mentioned i had extensions. requested a soft waved blowdry . when the hairdresser began to blowdry she started straight. i queried due to the fact i want blowwaved . she stated oh ill just do it straight then curl with ghd as it will last longer. when finished they went to charge me significantly more due to additional cost for ghd curls and extensions. they took some of it when they could tell i was unimpressed but i still paid $20 more then quoted and it was not what i asked for . the ghd curls were uneven , not soft like a blowwave and dropped/knotted all day .



salon should always check its ok to proceed for anything that will cost extra , and do the service that was requested.
