I started to use Julie’s girls as my previous cleaner closed her business. I wasn’t happy with this business since day one but kept using them out of desperation due to lack of cleaners in the Clarence. They only do a very basic clean. Kitchen benches and sink (no splash back, no microwave, no ovens, no cabinet doors, no fridge) living area floors only and they vacuum around things only ie don’t do under lounges, tables etc (no dusting, no ceiling fans, no cobwebs) bathrooms bath and glass only (no wall tiles, no mirrors, nothing under the vanity). If this is all you’re after then you might be happy but to be fair this is stuff most people do themselves and when they hire a cleaner they want a deeper level clean.

Company employs 4 people to do a clean meaning they are in for 15 mins for a 1 hour clean- this means

Lost of things get missed as each only attend to one task each (e.g one does bathroom, one does kitchen and one does floors etc) no one is quality checking or doing any other tasks outside of the single task they have tunnel vision for. They literally set a 15 min timer if it isn’t done i that time then too bad. One worker spends the whole time looking confused and standing outside at the car. Also the quality of the cleans is appalling- owner doesn’t do any of the work herself or check her staffs quality of work, she is just making money with no clue how bad her staff are. Don’t bother wasting your money.
