Just Cuts

This place is so awful when I brought my son to get his haircut done he told me that they were talking about how they had coronavirus and both of the employees were coughing th whole time anyway after we got his haircut they charged us $30 for a haircut for a kid who's only 13 which is ridiculous also he ended up having a rash on the back of his neck and started feeling awful after going there.don't go here if you plan on going to get a haircut and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My experience with just cuts Grafton was not a happy one I'm afraid. While I think the convenience of no appointments required is a great concept for people like myself, working different hours each week and on call. My hair was mostly chipped at and hacked rather then trimmed neatly and evenly which left it very dry, brittle and difficult to manage. I was asked how I liked to have my hair cut, only to be asked again half way through how I like the sides and back done. Throughout my appointment the hairdresser seem more interested in what was going on out in the shopping mall! Hence I've come away VERY disappointed with my haircut and mostly disgusted with the service I received!
