Vernons Retic & Pump Repairs

I just received a letter of demand from a debt collector for an oustanding bill to Vernon. The job was completed in dec 2018. Vernon phoned me a year later asking if I had paid? I reminded him that I did so in my driveway in his presence. Over 2 years later I get this letter of demand saying after repeated attempts by our client to recover this amount legal proceedings will commence. Im looking at the bank statement that shows payment was made as I write this. I would not recommend this dude. I might add when he completed the job, I asked can you do for less if cash. He said that was the cash price. He then increased the price which I then paid. Thank god I did because now I have the evidence. It wouldn't allow me to give zero stars above.

Had an appointment with this guy, he turned up late with 2 little Balinese boys. Left them to do the work while he left. The price he charged was nearly 3 times the amount quoted. The controller packed it up the day after, no answer on his phone to come and fix it. Please be aware.

He is so nice to deal with very honest and good prices too

Rubbish, booked in for retic repairs well in advance confirmed the day before with Vernon on the phone,never bothered to show up,then ignored all calls and messages,unreliable,don't waste your time calling vernon.
