I had a problem with my laptop before a having to send a big assigment in uni. This guys are life savers as they fixed my laptop promptly and i was able to get my assigment in time

I'd previously written an unfavourable review of this business. However, when the owner (Brad Whitcroft) became aware of the issues, he immediately swung into action. He personally attended our home and corrected the previous problems (the system continues to work flawlessly). He also immediately refunded the cost of the modem that was incorrectly installed.
Great work Brad, much appreciated! I'd have no hesitation in recommended his business to either private or commercial users of IT.

I'd been having problems with ITunes, but it wasn't flash to use. I called Whitcroft IT and they installed a new modem router (although the old one was working well) and fiddled with ITunes. They tried hard but made no improvement. They assured me that the new router would be OK for the (soon to be installed) NBN - that was true up to a point, but the thing that they overlooked was the ASUS didn't have a plug for the telephone landline. I had to scrap the new router (and ITunes). The exercise wasted $461.
Nice guys, but they really dropped the ball on this one. On the basis of this experience, I couldn't recommend them.
