Service with know how to back it.

As an Owners Corporation Manager who has used Kwik Fix Automation for over 8 years, I am commending them for their service and attention to detail which is beyond any other gate or door company that I have used. The standard of work, price point and knowledge of gate technology is A+.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Folks, i'm on a body corporate committee and have utilised the service of Kwik Fix for many years, until now. Their service, customer satisfaction, professionalism and rude approach to customer is off the charts!

In particular, the lass who organises the work (over the phone) feels it acceptable to raise her voice and 'spew' sarcasm when merely querying time frames.

I requested a small key be sent as a back up to an electrical gate on three occasions yet this was met with yelling, abuse and being hung up on!

The contractors are an extension of this behaviour.......on the instance that phone calls are returned.

Luckily, there are other companies that are more than happy to look after their customers!
