Spent 5 minutes at my home and happily charged $165 for the 'call out fee'. Daylight robbery. No common sense. Beware when booking Johnson Gas. Would rate zero if I could.

We had a need for a BBQ repair and service. I rang and spoke to Fiona who booked it in and Brenton was the serviceman. He was extremely knowledgeable and searched extensively to get an obsolete part for us. We were grateful for his 'going the extra mile' and being kept in communication. I would thoroughly recommend them and have full confidence in their service and expertise. I also felt their charge was extremely moderate given the time taken to look for the part, the initial call out and the service. Definitely would call them whenever I needed anything to do with gas services.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! 1 star is too much! I would avoid them as much as possible! The worst company i have even dealt with! Its like talking to a brick wall on the phone and it seems like no one cares. Overprice and lack of communication.
