I have a 'NO JUNK MAIL' notice on letterbox, yet she continues to deliver advertising pamphlets. When emailed, her response was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hi warning Lutons Braidwood Kelly Allen leaves buyer at my property and drives off with house unlocked??? Upset 2 buyers with her bad manners. Also to lazy to get out of car and drove all over my pastures leaving dead tyre tracks ??? Ring up Lutons of Manuka and no response??? Very bad business and so glad I sacked her. Very unfriendly woman and should not be selling to public

Same here, I wish I could give Zero stars.
Luton Manuka managed our Rental Property for 18 months and we had no less than 4 different property managers!
Lots of confusion, inspections were not done, tenants were not looked after, most of the time our managers would not return our phone calls or reply to our emails. People at reception cared even less.
We switched to Ray White as soon as the tenant's lease ended, we were so fed up. We spent so much time managing the property, while still paying their fees!
Do not recommend this company at all.

There is no space here to allow for Zero stars, However that is what I give this business. ZERO. I had the displeasure of having to deal with Madison Luton through the rental application process. I tendered forms to the office for a rental property that she was responsible for. I got a call saying she had the forms, this was the one and only correspondence.

I heard nothing for weeks, I called and left a total of 3 call back messages with the secretary at Manuka but to this day have heard nothing back. This all began in November. I have since decided the not even bother as I found other temporary accommodation in Canberra.

Maybe others have had a great experience and fro those I am happy but fro me this has been the most unprofessional dealing I have ever had with a property manager if they even deserve the title. There was definitely no management experience involved. I have since left Canberra and traveled elsewhere for work however I felt a responsibility to give accurate feedback.

I do hope this review does not impact negatively on the business as a whole as I am sure there are proactive and professional staff members at Luton who take their role seriously.
