I used this Company to value a property for Stamp Duty purposes. I was not happy with the valuation which I believe was over stated. I t was valued at $400,00 for an 11 square residence in fair condition. I asked that this valuation be reviewed asked that this be reviewed by the principal. He contacted me to advise that normally he would not review a valuation as he believed the valuer was accredited. I stated that the last valuation of a similar property at $391,000 on my valuation stated the my property was inferior to mine.. He stated that this must have been a typo. He could not have cared and showed no empathy at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
