Griffith Taxis

no they have this indian guy that picks me up often everytime he charges me alot. to shop and back 5 min charge me over 30 dollars when i went in it was 11dollars come out 2 min later over 20 30 sec to home its 30. last time he took me to the wrong adress , although he picks me up a few times , says he will turn off the metre never does this guy has charged me over 50 dollars for a 5 min ride. he just also presses buttons till the press goes up serveral more dollars

Booked a taxi for a dental appointment. Actually booked 35 mins ahead of the appointment time because I know there are always late. Waited for 30 mins and the taxi never showed up, tried ringing 131008 couple of times, no answer. Cancelled the booking and had to cancel my appointment. Not trusting on the taxis anymore.

Regularly have to wait over 30 minutes for a taxi which was booked well in advance. Call centre staff take too long to answer the phone and are useless when they finally do. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Griffith's taxi service is below par, waiting an hour and a half on a Sunday morning for a cab is unacceptable... Made a booking 2 hours prior last week for 6pm Friday, still 45 minutes late...

Whoever manages the company needs to wake up and do better
