Kerry Flanagan knows everything about poo and how to dispose of it. He has been very helpful and full of advice for the problems i faced with my council regarding a Bio-Ltyics system. After a house fire in a water catchment area the council wanted me to replace the existing unit with an inferior product due to the Bio-Lytics company going out of business,a lack of agents in the area and the system was no longer approved for use in Vic. Kerry set the straight with the regulations and organised a service agent to look after the 20 units still in the area. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't get messed around by council. I now have a permit to use a perfectly fine existing system.

Poor service, wont even provide a quotation prior to doing the job. Expects all council approvals to be completed before quotation the installation!
