Scott has some serious issues with his English. He treated a 3 bed house in April 2025 and stated in the invoice that he treated "external" areas. The aggressive and active white ants where still outside the house. Upon contesting this workmanship, he stated that he "external" means any house extension and not external to house areas such as perimeter, external wall, etc. Stay away from dodgy and unprofessional person.

Last year I bought my first house. I had Chris Rowe inspect the property and bought the house based on his inspection report. Wow, what a mistake! I should have realised something was wrong when I arrived early to meet him at the property and he told me that he was all done already and he had already filled out the report.

First the house had a massive cockroach infestation. Tens of thousands of cockroaches. I called in a different company who were appalled that Mr Rowe could pretend to have not noticed the infestation. That was in his job as pest control inspection.

Building inspection. Mr Rowe missed that the ducted air-conditioning didn't work, that the dishwasher, stove and oven didn't work and that the 'hard-wired' smoke detector wasn't even wired in. I have spent thousands of dollars replacing items that he didn't notice during a supposed inspection.

He missed that the back fence was collapsing.

His report stated that the toilet was rocking and that there were some holes in gutters, and the pipe that lets out air from the toilet had a hole in it. That's it, the rest he didn't notice.

Today he had the gall to send an email asking if I wanted him to perform a yearly inspection.
