I am very happy to recommend David Luck of D.E.L. Constructions to you. Over the past twelve months David has performed three Renovations for my wife and I. He built a beautiful Karri Deck on the front of our house, pulled out a narrow sliding door and installed a new one which opened up the back room of our house onto the rear deck and finally he built a Portico over the front deck, letting it into the existing roof, the end result is that it has transformed the front of our home. David is an extremely competent builder, there is not a building task that he cant do. He is able to save on sub-contractors as he can tile, lay bricks and do anything with timber. He loves working with finishing timbers. He is extremely accurate, there is no near enough is good enough. He consults with the customer all the way and gives you several days notice when decisions are needed as to type of material, colours, joints etc. He seeks out suppliers that provide the best materials and at competitive prices, he gets on well with other sub contractors on the job. He is very punctual and once on the job finishes it without drifting between several jobs He is very safety conscious and follows personal health and safety practices.
