I've had 2 other electrician come out to try and fix my problems. They spent countless hours trying to find the problem and kept insisting that i would have to spend huge amounts of money to fully rewire and rebuild

.. However it was Brad from advanced electrical who was late to arrive. But found the problem and was fixed in no time. And didn't even charge a call out.. I was very impressed.. need less to say I know exactly who to call first next time..
