Best fish and chip shop in town! Food is always great, good quality!

I have been a good customer of Fisherman's Haul for the past 3 years, regularly spending around $50 each weekend. Very disappointed to see that their previously high standard has dropped significantly - battered fish often overcooked and greasy and items missing from our order on several occasions. The last straw was two weekends ago - we were missing a serve of Calamari and when I went back to tell them and ask for my money back I got nothing but a run-around and refusal to refund my $5. Great way to treat a customer..... now going elsewhere.
