Micheal and his team turned up on time, fixed someone else's mistake and honoured his very reasonable quote.

The short version of the situation was 10 years ago I engaged a large company to build a second storey on my house. Over time the plaster and brick work cracked at a load point where a steel beam supporting the second storey rested on the top plate of the original house frame.The original builder said something should be done but it's out of warranty so we can't help. I asked the original design engineer to inspect and confirm if it was built as designed, he said I don't have anything to do with that company and he wouldn't visit the site. I then contacted Engineers Association and had no joy.

I decided to obtain a few quotes from local builders. Michael responded promptly to my request for a quote and provided a quote on site the same day. We agreed a time to start and Micheal and his team knocked on the door at our agreed time.

The job was completed a little quicker than expected so he discounted the the original quote which is first time I have ever had that happen. Micheal and his team cleaned up and sent me a sms at work to let me know he had finished.

Micheal is a 3rd generation builder whose quality work speaks for itself. I will definitely contact Pro Rise Constructions for future projects. Jeff
