I HAVE BEEN IN THE PLASTERING TRADE FOR 45 YEARS,ALWAYS USED CSR EXCEPT ON THE RARE O CCASSION THAT I COULDNT.iHAD A DELIVERY TO HEALESVILLE FOR A SMALL 450 METRE OR SO JOB,IN CLIFFORD GVE.bEAUTIFUL DELIVERY,ON TIME TRUCKIE WAS GREAT ,NO WORRIES.tHE OWNER PAID ME FOR THE MATERIALS STRAIGHT AWAY,AND I WAS HAPPY ,HE WAS HAPPY.HE HAD A LIST OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED,AND TO HIS PERCEPTION,EVERYTHING WAS THERE.wE DIDNT START HANGING THE SHEETS UNTIL THIS WEEK,THE OWNER WAS HANGING THE WALLS ,AND I AGREED TO HANG THE CEILINGS,PART OF THE DEAL.WHILE HE WAS HANGING HE NOTICED 4 SHEETS MISSING,THEY WERENT DELIVERD,THE JOB HAS BEEN LOCKED UP ,AND ITS A HOUSE NEXT DOOR TO ME,WITH EXPENSIVE TOOLS IN IT,NO ONE HAD TAKEN ANY SHEETS AWAY,NOTHING WAS STOLEN,HE RANG TO SEE WHERE HIS 4 /30X 1350 WERETHEY SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED THERE FROM HALLAM,HE SAID WELL THEY WERE NOT.HALLAM DID A SUPPOSED STOCK TAKE.nope they were delivered.It states on the delivery docket that they were.and they wont replace them.Someone in the factory there is not doing their job correctly,i was made to look like an idiot by the owner ,he thinks i,m ripping him off as he didnt receive what he paid for.I cant beleive csr would not at least replace those 4 sheets ive never had a bad complaint with csr.its not the 4 sheets that matter its only less than 100 dollars,but i was made to look an idiot because someone there cant admit they made a mistake.the owner offered to pick the 4 sheets up from the nearest supplier in lilydale but you wouldnt beleive it.you even delivered a bag of masonry,it wasnt even mine and an extra tin of glue,that wasnt mine either.someone in dispatch is stuffing up.i,m retiring in 3 years and i,m thinking of using another type of board for the first time in 45 years as i cant be trusted according to you
...not good enough.excuse the typeasi dont use pcs that often
