We have bought the part back in 2022 with Semak at that time the service was good however on 08/01/25 my husband accidentally make BPAY again into the company amount of $500 but we did not buy or received any other item from them as the bill code was save in the NetBank, I did rang & sent email to ask for fund back, first called make the lady from account receivable team so nice, she said she did received the money and she was promised to return the money to us in the afternoon of the day I was called her but she did not do it so I did rang again & again so many times the same response and until now 23/2/2025 nothing return to us.



How can the company operation more than 70 years but can not return the money not belong to them & did not keep the promise

Make me lose the trust & honestly



Please kindly return the money to us as $500 just small amount for your company but it can feed us in 2 weeks
