On purchasing my outdoor Vergola from totally Outdoor in 2015 they have assisted me with advise and assistance. Mark, after checking it six weeks age recommended a clean which he did yesterday. A fantastic job it now looks like new and opens without a sound.

Last year in December my dad called them up for a quote on verandah, patio and carport. The job was over 50K. They came down took the measures, in meantime requested deposit of over 2K.



Few weeks down the track they said the job cannot be continued due to easement, my dad said no worries than give me my deposit back. You would think a company would refund you the deposit as all they did was a quote. But nope, not these guys. They never gave dad his 2K back. They gave him some rubbish excuse why he isn’t entitled a list of their charges. They charged him for quote, meeting in their office (which they requested, wanted my dad to come down) etc. Those charges don’t make any sense, the dates listed are going back few years ago. I am assuming they must of have had these issues before and used an existing letter.



Please, please if you are dealing with them don’t let them fool you. Don’t let them take your money. Think twice before going ahead with them. These guys are scammers, they will rip you off if they can. Please watch out.



They may sound lovely, but in fact they are not.



My dad works hard for his money just like we all do. Taking 2K from him for work that was never started it’s just ridiculous.
